What is Fasting?

What is fasting?  It's very important to define what is fasting because many people think that they are fasting but they do something else.

What is crucial in fasting that you abstain from eating for some period of time. What they mean by abstain from eating is not drinking juices. It's not about drinking tea with honey. It's not about taking some pills. It's not about eating some kind of fruits. It's about complete fasting.

So, what you are allowed to do when you're fast only is to drink water, pure water at room temperature or heated water. So, it's a little bit warmer but nothing added to your water, no lemon, no honey, no herbs, it's just pure water. Ans this is what I mean by fasting that you abstain from eating.

you don't use your teeth, don't use your digestive system and your water is just poured into your body to make you feel good that you have enough liquid.

A little conversation about their childhood derails when the Marxist Hassan haughtily says: “The petty-bourgeois construction of the family does not interest me. Alright then! Sometimes they yell at each other, sometimes they burst out laughing, while Mona and Terje sit on the sidelines, watching anxiously from the doorway, like nervous parents who feared
